Cancellation Policy
Please make sure to check the cancellation policy that applies to your chosen tour or activity before confirming your booking. You can find this information in the Cancellation Policy section on the experience page. If you have already booked, you can check the Cancellation Policy section of your ticket to see which policy applies to your booking. To cancel your booking, follow the instructions provided on our website.
We offer different cancellation policies for different experiences.
Free Cancellation:
For experiences with a Free Cancellation policy, you can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded, and no changes can be made during this period.
Non-refundable:
Experiences marked as Non-refundable cannot be changed or refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Moderate:
Experiences with a Moderate policy allow for a full refund if you cancel at least 4 full days before the start time. Any cancellations made less than 3 full days before the start time will not be refunded, and no changes can be made during this period.
Strict :
Experiences with a Strict policy require you to cancel at least 7 full days before the start time to receive a full refund. Changes cannot be made less than 3 full days before the start time. If you cancel between 3-6 full days before the start time, you will receive a 50% refund, and any cancellations made less than 2 full days before the start time will not be refunded.
Custom:
For experiences with a Custom cancellation policy, the specific terms and conditions can be found on the experience page within the Cancellation Policy section. Please note that cut-off times for cancellations are based on the experience’s local time.
